Jason Ters B. Bus MAppFin
Jason joined Green's General Foods as a Non-Executive Director on 30 September 2008. He is an executive of Guinness Peat Group (GPG) (Australia) and has extensive experience in commerce, investment management and capital markets. Jason has represented GPG on several ASX listed company boards including Australian Wealth Management Ltd, CPI Group Ltd, Farm Pride Ltd and Gosford Quarry Holdings Limited.
Sandy Beard B. Comm CA
Sandy joined Green's General Foods as a Non-Executive Director on 19th March 2002. He is CEO and Director of CVC Limited an ASX listed diversified investment company. He is also a Director of Cellnet Limited, Mercury Mobility Limited, CVC Property Fund, CVC Private Equity Limited and CVC Sustainable Investments Limited.
Rex Wood-Ward
Rex joined Green's General Foods as a Non-Executive Director on 16th December, 2008. He has over 40 years international experience in general management, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy and has served on the boards of listed companies in South Africa, England and Australia, including Corporate Express Australia Ltd from 1992 until 2006. He is currently Chairman of Capral Limited, Chairman of Gosford Quarry Holdings Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Coats PLC and Westcity PLC.
Shane Noble B. Sc
Shane joined Green's General Foods as Executive Chairman in June 2008. He has 18 years experience working in the FMCG sector and has held CEO and GM positions with a number of leading Consumer Goods companies such as Pepsico/Frito-Lay, Snackfoods, Arnotts and Goodman Fielder. Shane has a strong history of restructuring under-performing businesses and driving significant performance turnarounds.
