Shane Noble B. Sc - Executive Chairman

Shane joined Green's General Foods as Executive Chairman in June 2008. He has 18 years experience working in the FMCG sector and has held CEO and GM positions with a number of leading Consumer Goods companies such as Pepsico/Frito-Lay, Snackfoods, Arnotts and Goodman Fielder. Shane has a strong history of restructuring under-performing businesses and driving significant performance turnarounds.

Matthew Russell - Group General Manager

Matthew Russell - Group General Manager

Matthew has been with Green's since 2005. Before his appointment to the role of General Manager in early 2008 he led the Logistics and Supply Chain functions. Prior to Green's, he worked in retail including 5 years at ALDI during their startup in Australia and several years within the Theo's Liquor Group. His customer focus and operational background ensure the effective coordination of Green's activities.

Roy Brown - Chief Financial Officer

Roy Brown - Chief Financial Officer

Roy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1993 and has had a career spanning both hemispheres over 17 years. He joined Green's from Johnson & Johnson in November 2008 and brought with him a strong track record of financial and commercial leadership in FMCG, as well as extensive transactional and integration experience.

Cathy Zeppieri - Marketing Director

Cathy Zeppieri - Marketing Director

Cathy joined Green's in October 2008. She has a career spanning 20 years in Marketing across a range of FMCG blue chips and local organisations including Unilever, Smith's Snackfoods, Westpac, Frito-Lay, Snack Brands Australia and Ferrero. Cathy has a proven track record of delivering winning marketing programmes and building strong teams and business partnerships.

Charles joined Green's in June 2009 with 20 years of senior level sales and marketing at companies including Dairy Farmers and Kellogg's. Known for his customer-centric strategic thinking, Charles has consistently delivered results against demanding performance criteria.

Greg Ayers - Operations Director

Greg Ayers - Operations Director

Greg joined Green's in October 2009 after 20 years of frontline, senior and executive management roles in the manufacturing industry across both pharmaceuticals and FMCG. His broad range of technical, manufacturing , supply chain and engineering skills will be a driving force in taking Green's Operations to best in class.

Tony Williams - Director Human Resources

Tony Williams - Human Resources Director

With over 20 years of experience in FMCG, professional services and banking, Tony came to Green's in November 2009 from Bartter-Steggles. His skills in driving change, uplifting culture and performance make him a valued member of the leadership team.

Mike Patane – R&D Directos

Mike Patane - R&D Director

For more than 30 years Mike has worked in a research and technical development capacity with global FMCG and ingredient companies such as Unilever, Nestle, Mars, National Starch and PepsiCo. His primary focus has been the provision of formulation, ingredient and process development solutions.

He has a PhD in Biochemistry and has several assigned international patents in the area of grains and cereals that improve both current unit operations and the development of new products.
