Green’s Foods was founded in Sydney almost 30 years ago, as a contract packer of sugar. The Company became publically listed on the ASX in 1993, and has grown to become a major Australian manufacturer and supplier to the grocery industry, both in the branded and private label arena's. The Company's core operating businesses are Blended Foods (baking mixes, peanut butter, etc) Pet Food and Cereals & Snacks (breakfast cereals and popcorn).

Today, Green's Foods' brand portfolio includes Green's, Supercoat Petfood, Lowan Whole Foods and Poppin Popcorn which are found in supermarkets right across Australia. The Company also exports to many countries in the Asia Pacific region, but in particular to Japan and New Zealand, and most notably in the Pet Food category.

The Company has four major manufacturing facilities - Glendenning in western Sydney (Blended Foods and Cereals & Snacks), Inverell, NSW (Pet Food), Picton, NSW (Cereals) and Nhill, VIC (Oats)

Greens’ currently has approximately 500 employees.
