Matthew Russell
I started at Green’s four years ago as Supply Chain Manager where I had opportunities to lead and participate in some exciting and challenging projects across the business. Early in 2008 I was promoted to the position of Group General Manager, and I believe that one of the strengths of Green’s is that there are leadership and career advancement opportunities in all positions at Green’s.

Adele Mouawad
Hi my name is Adele and I started working for Greens nearly 20 years ago!! I started on the manufacturing site as a packer for few months then I was asked if I would like to try something else and that’s how I became involved in the daily inspection and testing of our products within the Quality Assurance team. I have supervised this department for a good 10 years then moved for the last 3 years to my current position which is the Consumer Relations supervisor.

Russell Ferrao
Hi my name is Russell Ferrao and I have been working in the IT department for just over 10 years now, and 2 years ago was promoted to IT Manager. One of the positive things I enjoy about working at Greens’ is that the manufacturing and distribution warehouse are all on one site. This helps build a stronger understanding of the business processes, improves communication and helps us improve efficiencies within the business.
Over the years the IT systems and applications have evolved significantly. Here are some of our wins:

• Trade electronically with all Major retailers
• One of the first companies to trade with Coles new complete Business 2 Business solution in 2006.
• Dec 2007 implemented a Warehouse Management System with full scanning capabilities. Inventory accuracy increased from 50% to 98%+.
