Traditional Sultana Cake is filled with plump, juicy sultana’s in a deliciously moist and buttery cake. Green's Traditional Sultana Cake contains no artificial colours or flavours.

  Make-up Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F or 160°C for a fan forced. Grease and flour a 20cm x 7cm deep round cake pan or 22cm x 11cm loaf pan.
2. Place cake mix, 1 egg, 60g margarine and 160ml water in a mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until mixture is combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to stand in pan for 5 minutes prior to inverting onto a cake cooler.

Makes 1 cake.
