Low Fat Pancake Shake

Green's is the Original Pancake Shake and is Australia's favourite pancake mix! The Green's Low Fat Pancake Shake is a great tasty treat and healthy breakfast alternative. Added dietary fibre delivers additional health benefits for you and your family.
This is the no mess, no fuss way to make pancakes. Ideal as a fun and easy breakfast or fun snack that older kids can prepare themselves! Once made, the remaining pancake mix can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge, minimising wastage.

Easy Step Directions
1. Pour in water up to the level indicated on label.
2. Shake bottle.
3. Pour into frypan.
Make-up Directions
1. Preheat frypan. Grease well.
2. SHAKE BOTTLE TO LOOSEN DRY MIX.
3. Remove lid, do not discard.
4. Pour in water up to the level indicated on label. Alternatively, add 1½ cups (375mL) water to bottle. Replace lid. Turn bottle upside down, tap lid sharply on bench to loosen mix.
5. Shake well for 1-2 minutes on each side.
6. Pour batter into frypan to desired size. Cook over a low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Refrigerate any remaining batter for up to 3 days. Shake before use. Makes approximately 12 (10-12cm) pancakes.
Note: For thinner or thicker pancakes add more or less water.
